Who we are
This website is operated by Velocity Sports & Entertainment Group, [REGISTERED NAME, ADDRESS AND ANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
The site describes the clubs and sessions Velocity runs and lets you tell us you are interested in one. It is an information and enquiry service, nothing more.
Expressing interest is not a booking
Submitting the express-interest form does not reserve a place, enrol you in a session, or create a membership or contract of any kind. It is a request for the club to contact you. Places depend on availability, on the club’s own joining requirements, and on the coach’s judgement about the right session for the participant.
Taking part in sessions
Participation in any Velocity session is governed by that club’s own membership terms, codes of conduct and health and safety requirements, which are provided to you when you join. Sport carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for telling us about any medical condition, injury or additional need that affects safe participation, and for making sure a participant is well enough to take part on the day.
Accuracy of information
We keep session times, venues and prices as current as we can, but they change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and details should be confirmed with the club before you travel to a session.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information when you contact us, and do not submit somebody else’s details without their agreement.
- Where the participant is under 18, the form should be completed by a parent or guardian.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit automated or malicious content.
Our content
The text, design, logos and club crests on this site belong to Velocity or to the clubs within it. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please do not reuse our logos, crests or design elsewhere without asking.
Other websites
Where we link to another organisation, such as a governing body or a statutory service, we are not responsible for that site’s content or its handling of your data.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your personal information
How we handle the details you submit is set out in our privacy notice. Our commitment to the safety of children and young people is set out in our safeguarding page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
